Beta-glucosidase M9 plates (remade 16 July) were observed: no visible growth on any condition.
Planning a follow-up using M9 + supplement gradient plates (e.g. tryptone or yeast extract at varying concentrations) to identify whether — and how much — supplementation is needed to rescue growth on minimal medium.
