Due to time constraints, our late start, and the troubles we encountered during our experiments, we have not yet achieved the desired results. We have only screened for the optimal combination of genes for cholesterol degradation. However, we have not made enough progress in screening for the oleic acid concentration thresholds expressed by the most compatible promoter systems. We will continue to explore our "customized" oleic acid inducer design, and through experiments and modeling plots, we will obtain the appropriate induced initiation threshold interval, which can be matched with the oleic acid content of high-fat diets defined according to different people's body types, and ultimately, we will design oleic acid inducer-based strains to meet the needs of different people. The cholesterol-degrading strains based on the principle of oleic acid inducer will be designed to suit the needs of different people and adapt to the nutritional environment of different people's intestines, so that the project can benefit more people. Finally, we will develop an intelligent cholesterol regulation system and generate a transformative hypercholesterolemia prevention program.
