This list’s 8th named sample is the β-glucosidase control, not an unmutated codon-optimised construct — worth checking against the sequencing writeup on the Results page, which describes the 8th sample sent as the parental codon-optimised construct rather than β-glucosidase. The “+1” in the notebook isn’t resolved here as to what it refers to.
