Redo M9 plates, faithful PCR, and cellobiose selection plates

  • Redid the M9 plates (previous batch came out brown).
  • Redid faithful PCR using the same optimised protocol as before, but with new primers.
  • Made cellobiose selection plates for epPCR selection round 2.
