2023/7/21	Z.S.L. Y.X.L.	Suspend the cells with complete medium. Determine the density of cells in the plate (96-well plate is usually 4000 cells/well, 100 μL/ well). Repeat in 3 wells for each group. Observe the cell density of each experimental group under the microscope. Culture in the cell incubator for 24 hours.	CAR-NK cells were infected with the MTCH2 lentivirus.
2023/7/23	L.J.H. Z.S.L.	Infect 5×107~1×108 cells (245 mm×245mm plate to spread cells) with the Functional MOI=0.4. Meanwhile, set up 2 parallel infection experiments as well as a blank control group (virus-free).	CAR-NK cells were infected with the MTCH2 lentivirus.
